Allan Taylor & Company was founded by two serial entrepreneurs with a passion for helping business owners finish strong. Drawing on their own experience as selling owners, as well as decades of combined business expertise, Chris and Barbara have built Allan Taylor from a local business brokerage into the nationally recognized boutique M&A firm that it is today.

Barbara Taylor

Barbara Taylor is a nationally recognized expert on the topics of selling, buying and valuing privately-held businesses. Her popular blog “Transaction” ran in the New York Times for three years. Barbara was also named one of “7 People Every Entrepreneur Should Follow on Twitter” by CBS MoneyWatch.

Chris Taylor

Chris Taylor is a serial entrepreneur who grew up in a family-owned business in Colorado. His passion for small business ownership has shaped every phase of his life, from consulting with the U.S. Small Business Administration as a graduate student, to launching eight entrepreneurial ventures (to date) of his own.

John Dye, CPA

John Dye’s professional accounting career spans more than two decades. His breadth of experience covers working at a super-regional accounting firm, growing a small local accounting office, and launching out on his own founding a popular CPA and consulting firm in Bentonville, which sold to a strategic acquirer in 2017.
